Parent Advisory Council
Parents are an important part of the Upward Bound experience. Here at Union College, we strive to include parents in our program. During fall of the academic year, parents are invited to the annual parents meeting to learn more about Upward Bound and see what our monthly Saturday meetings are all about. During the spring, parents are required to attend the summer program parents meeting in May to fill-out the necessary paperwork and pick up the required forms for the summer component.
The Union College Upward Bound Program is also in the process of developing a Parent Advisory Council. The goal of this council will be to enhance the Upward Bound experience for participants while encouraging parental involvement in different aspects of Upward Bound.
