Into the Streets! Links
Community service is a core value of Union College. As such, we believe that it is important for our students to be active in and aware of our local community as much as possible. So, for one day during Welcome Weekend, all new Union College students go into the community to serve with our local partners. From organizing to cleaning and painting, these projects help our partners by providing manpower and strength in numbers to projects that might otherwise not get done. For our students, it is an excellent opportunity to learn about their new community and existing service opportunities.
