We Can Reach Out

Union College prides itself on being Kentucky’s first college in the mountains.   The college has a historic commitment to service and community outreach.   The college’s name stems from the “union” between the community and the institution as a mission to Appalachia.   Since 1970, Union has had a community outreach program on its campus.   Names of the program and faces have changed, but the core purpose remains the same.
