The Career Planning and Placement Center is here for you!  An important part of the Department of Special Programs, the Career Center is located in Centennial Hall's Room 105 - between the Department of Special Programs' office and the Academic Resource Center (ARC).  There are computers with print capacity available as well as myriad career planning resources all in one convenient location.  It's your one-stop-career-shop!

Office Hours

The Career Center is open to you Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.  Lee Angel, Coordinator of Career Planning and Placement and Student Support Services Counselor is available during that time as well.  Throughout the semester, the Career Center will host various workshops, seminars, and other special events free and open to students to help explore his or her career potential.  In addition to these workshops, the Coordinator is also available to meet with students one-to-one for individualized career counseling.

Mrs. Angel's office is located in the Career Center, in the back and to the left in Room 105B.  She can be reached via email at langel@unionky.edu or call her at 606-546-1258.  You are welcome to make an appointment for more personalized counseling but walk-ins are always welcomed and encouraged!  Need more information?  Make plans to stop by the Career Center anytime!
